Rock Safe Expander - Art.no: 40176

Rock Safe Expander is used when the Fastener is to be installed directly in rock. For M20 bolt with at least 80 mm thread or M20 threaded rod.

A 22 mm hole is drilled 110 mm deep in the rock. Fold the Rock Safe Expander according to picture A and insert it into the hole. Knock the bolt down 20 mm. Tighten the bolt until the torque of 100 Nm is reached.
